Some quick bug fixes to unblock the game on touchscreen devices.

• The buttons should now respond to touch presses.
• Log driver movement should now respond to dragging, not swiping.
• Adjusted double tap sensitivity to make dynamite throwing work better.

Note that touch is still disabled by default: go to profile to enable touch.
